Booking requests are not contracts

A summons or contact submission is only a request for availability and information. A performance, appearance, ceremony, collaboration, product order, or custom video is not confirmed until the parties agree to the applicable scope, price, travel terms, timing, and payment arrangements.

Content and intellectual property

The Pickle Priest name, character presentation, original copy, photographs, artwork, video, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party platforms, event names, and submitted materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

User submissions

You must have the right to submit any message, review, image, recommendation, or other material you provide. By choosing public display or submitting material intended for publication, you grant permission to display and format that material for the site. Moderation or removal may occur at any time.

Links to ticketing, social media, merchandise, Cameo-style services, venues, and other outside sites are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, purchases, and privacy practices are controlled by those services.
