Information you choose to provide

When you submit a summons, review, petition, festival recommendation, collaboration proposal, or contact message, the site collects the information shown in that form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, event details, location, message, and any media you intentionally provide.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, review event availability, moderate public reviews or petition entries, manage site content, prevent abuse, and operate the services you requested. Public display only occurs where a form clearly offers that choice or where content is approved for publication.

Storage and service providers

The site uses Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare D1, and Cloudflare R2 for hosting, database records, and uploaded media. Authorized administrators may access submitted records. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Analytics and cookies

Non-essential analytics is disabled by default and is only loaded after active consent. You may change that choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your submission, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal obligations. Visitors in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions may have additional data-protection rights. Use the contact page to make a privacy request.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and forms should be submitted by an adult or with appropriate adult permission.
